In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing and processing physical records with a commitment to secure handling and precise tracking throughout our facilities.
 
Job Title: Warehouse Records Clerk
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Duration: 6 months +
Location: Norcross, GA 30071
 
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Records Clerk/Records Center Specialist. Your responsibilities will include organizing and managing physical records, with a primary focus on reviewing file details and ensuring meticulous organization within our facilities. This position will involve some heavy lifting and the use of equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing sensitive information on files and relocating records as needed within the facility.
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate records management systems.
  • Performing physical tasks including lifting and moving boxes as part of daily duties.
  • Operating equipment such as pallet jacks for efficient material movement (training provided).
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience required.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 20-60 lbs repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a self-directed manner.
  • Previous experience in records management or related field is advantageous.
  • Steel toe shoes required.
