Warehouse RMA Coordinator
Location: Hockley, TX
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse RMA Coordinator to manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process efficiently. In this role, you will oversee the receipt, inspection, and disposition of returned products, ensuring accurate tracking and timely processing within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage unique RMA numbers for all returned merchandise

Receive and inspect returned items at designated warehouse locations

Document product condition and coordinate appropriate disposition (resale, repair, or disposal)

Update and maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve return issues

Identify trends and provide data insights to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
