Qualifications:
- Ability to follow detailed Procedures and Work Process documents.
- Proficient in reading and comprehending product drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) specification sheets, Safety Data Sheets, troubleshooting guides, and related job aids in both electronic and printed formats.
- Clear and effective communication with co-workers and supervisors in English.
- Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, and commitment to meeting team goals.
- Capable of reading and navigating Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) panels.
- Physically able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 45 lbs.
- Willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, ear plugs, safety shoes, Tyvek sleeves, plastic apron, and respirator throughout the work shift.
- Reliable attendance to maintain required staffing levels for safe and efficient operations.
- Willing to work with chemicals as part of routine tasks.
- Skilled in using general tools, including scissors, tri-blade cutters, pry bars, measuring devices, vacuums, alternative knife tools, tape measures, assorted wrenches, grabbers, and pliers.
- Safely operate forklifts to move, lift, stack, and organize products, equipment, and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Strictly adhere to regulatory and safety requirements, including obtaining and maintaining necessary certifications.
- Utilize technology such as PCs, scanners, and related devices to efficiently complete assigned job tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Cooperate with team members and follow supervisor instructions for efficient workflow and productivity.
