Job Summary:
We are seeking Warehouse Workers to join our team at a wood flooring manufacturing company. This is a temporary-to-hire position with the opportunity for growth and advancement. No prior experience is necessary as we provide training. If you have some woodworking shop experience, it would be a plus. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for moving boards from one location to another, with a maximum weight of 5 lbs. and a maximum length of 10 feet.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temporary-to-hire
- Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL
- Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.
- Shift: 1st Shift, 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with an hour for lunch

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lift boards from a table and move them to a different location
- Handle boards individually, with a maximum weight of 5 lbs.
- Stand for long periods of time
- Adhere to safety guidelines and wear provided eye and ear protection
- Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Listen to music while working, ensuring the ability to hear others when spoken to
- Utilize available amenities such as the ice machine and restroom facilities

Qualifications & Skills:
- No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
- Woodworking shop experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must adhere to dress code (casual attire, no open-toed shoes)
