Job Title: Pick and Pack Worker
Location: Teton Outfitters– Rigby, ID
Pay Rate: $15.67 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Polaris is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Worker in our Rigby, ID location. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as receiving and organizing new inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists

  • Inspect inventory and maintain accurate inventory levels

  • Organize and manage bin locations for optimal storage

  • Use digital scanners and hand-picking methods to fulfill orders

  • Operate shipping software to process outgoing orders

  • Ensure proper placement of shipments and maintain a clean work area

Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to:

  • Lift up to 40 lbs

  • Push and pull up to 100 lbs

  • Perform repetitive bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead

  • Use strong pinch and grip strength

  • Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Dependable and punctual
