Job Title: Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver
Location: Windsor, CT
Pay Rate: $21.46 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver to join our team in Windsor, CT. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and production parts throughout the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pull production orders using pallet jacks and stand-up/sit-down forklifts

Manage outbound shipments of production and spare parts

Perform inventory procedures as directed by cycle count guidelines

Return unused materials to inventory

Complete additional tasks as assigned
Additional Responsibilities:
-
Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams (CIT) and contribute to ISO certification efforts

Maintain up-to-date technical and supervisory skills through training and relevant courses

Cross-train in other material control functions or departments as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Valid driver's license required
-
Proven experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality

OSHA certification to operate powered industrial trucks (preferred)
Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in forklift operation

Self-motivated and thorough with a proactive work approach

Basic data entry knowledge

Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required
