Warranty Analyst

Pay: $23-$27/hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (must be flexible for international customers; occasional overtime required)
Work Location: Primarily onsite in Oshkosh, WI; work from home is possible depending on workload and business needs, but not on a fixed schedule.

About the Role

The Warranty Analyst plays a key role in supporting product quality and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for organizing and managing warranty repairs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

These responsibilities are not all inclusive; additional duties may be assigned.

• Maintain and document all warranty repairs within the database system.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address and resolve recurring warranty issues.
• Contact customers and schedule Service Technicians for onsite warranty repairs.
• Arrange travel and logistics for Service Technicians, including flights, rental cars, hotels, funds, and work sites.
• Stay informed on new products developed by the business.
• Use One Warranty and Microsoft Office systems efficiently.
• Create work order numbers for incoming warranty cases.
• Generate no charge sales orders, track parts, and manage updates within the ERP system.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3 years of related experience
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proactive selfstarter with strong attention to detail
