Job Title: Water Treatment Technician
Location: Norfolk, VA
Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Weekdays)
Duration: 9/8/2025 – 3/31/2026
Pay Range: $18.85
Hours: 40 hours/week (OT eligible after 40 hours)
We're hiring a Regeneration Operator for our Water Technologies client in Norfolk, VA. This hands-on industrial role includes operating forklifts and preparing mobile water filtration units for deployment. Key Responsibilities:

Regenerate ion exchange resins and filtration media

Load mobile water treatment equipment and ensure it's field-ready

Operate forklifts to move materials and equipment

Perform quality control checks before dispatch

Safely handle industrial chemicals (NaOH, HCL, NaCl)

Monitor chemical deliveries and transfer processes

Industrial experience required

Forklift experience preferred

Must be comfortable working with chemicals and in a plant setting

Ability to follow safety protocols and perform physical labor

Available for full-time, weekday evening shift
