Shifts and Pay Rates:
- 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs, 11pm-7:20am, $21.50/hr
- Will be required to work overtime as needed
- May possibly be asked to train on day shift
What's a typical day as a Welder? You'll be:
- Weld axle parts according to the work instruction manual and daily schedule.
- Inspect welded axles for defects and record production data accurately.
- Manage non-conforming materials, following proper documentation procedures.
- Verify axle identification and customer information for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with audits and highlight unusual schedule details.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have at least 6 months of MIG welding experience
- Are proficient in reading blueprints, bills of material, work instructions, and metric tape measures
- Have the ability to perform basic mathematical skills and operator process controls
- Have experience with air tools, overhead hoists, or lift trucks.
- Are you able to walk, stand, bend, squat, twist, reach, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
