Job Title: Machine Operator – Wheel Loader / Heavy Equipment Operator
Location: Fulton, MO
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Compensation: $22–$25 per hour
Requirements: Steel-toed boots required; Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating wheel loaders and other heavy equipment in a safety-conscious and efficient manner. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers consistent hours and competitive pay. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment to move and manage materials safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials as directed
- Ensure worksite safety and compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job instructions and site safety
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience as a wheel loader or heavy equipment operator preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Knowledge of equipment safety protocols and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must wear steel-toed boots during work hours
- Must successfully complete a pre-screening interview
- Must be able to demonstrate equipment operation during onsite observation with supervisor (Rana)
