- Must be AHA certified
- Current nursing license verified through LARA for Michigan hospitals and through NURSYS for others
- Vaccination requirement includes MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine
- Annual TB assessment including 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Health statement of good health or completed physical exam

- Additional Details
- Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers. Needs to be updated every year. Declinations and exemptions not accepted.
- Proof of immunity for Varicella either through vaccination, serological evidence or healthcare provider verification
- Tdap valid for 10 years
- Nurses need primary source verification of license within 30 days before assignment start
