**Job Title: Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**
**Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM**
**Location: Rittenhouse Village
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to our patients while working collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. This full-time position requires a strong commitment to patient welfare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including health histories, medication logs, and progress notes.
- Support patients and families with education on health management, medication administration, and care plans.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and trainings to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Current and valid LPN license in [State].
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Scheduled Hours:**
