Job Summary
We are looking for our in person site lead to be managing all facets of our Madison, Wisconsin work site. The onsite leader would be responsible for multiple functions including some or all of the following: manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, program management and local staff functions such as program finance, human resources and security.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of a work site.
- Responsible for multiple functions including some or all of the following: manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, program management and local staff functions such as program finance, human resources and security.
- Responsible for managing budget for the site.
- Participate in the development of operational objectives and long- and short-term planning for the organization.
- Advise senior leadership of business opportunities, challenges, and risks.
- Develop and execute operating plans and budgets, both short and long term, to ensure performance baselines are achieved.
- Provide local sponsorship of quality, customer satisfaction and employee retention initiatives.
- Represent the Company as appropriate in its relationships with major customers, suppliers, competitors, government agencies, professional societies and similar groups.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development opportunities for direct reports.
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
- Strong business acumen to forge a successful business strategy for the organization

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD Secret-level security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
