Job SummaryOur Danbury, CT Program Management Office is hiring! Join our team as a Senior Project Manager responsible for the daily execution of a variety of tasks and projects within a large and complex program.
What You Will Do- Responsible for the daily execution of specific tasks or projects within a moderately large/complex program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements to assure that cost, schedules and performance goals are met
- Manage operations to ensure schedules are met and deliverables meet quality standards
- Organize project and task workloads and selects individuals most qualified for specific projects
- Contribute to the client relationship
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 5+ years functional or program management experience
- Knowledge of project management tools and activities
- A proven leader and able to influence others within the integrated project team
- Demonstrated customer service, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Exposure to resource planning, project reviews, scheduling, and budget control
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
