Job Summary

Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Supply Chain Coordinator! This role will oversee Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) and be responsible for the successful daily execution of coordinating the flow of defective goods inventory back to the vendor for repair or replacement.

What You Will Do
  • Manage defective goods inventory, and facilitate the transfer of goods from inventory back to the vendor for repair, replacement, or credit.
  • Generate and execute RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) purchase orders, Requests for RMAs, and other necessary documents related to the return to vendor of defective goods.
  • Maintain current accurate records and files of discrepancies and related return to vendor records.
  • Establish and maintain sound professional relationships with vendors.  Resolve issues associated with returns of defective goods.
  • Compile, review, and analyze data
  • Communicate with Supplier Quality Engineers, Buyers, and Program Managers vendor performance and part issues.
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, value and culture of the organization.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage own time effectively, produce work of the highest quality, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly as needed
  • The ability to listen to others and work well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skills.
  • Candidates must be a US citizen and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
