Marketing Manager

Marquette Management Inc. (www.marquettemanagement.com), a leader in multifamily property management and a nationally recognized company known for creativity, innovation, and exceptional customer service, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join the Marquette Team! In this highly collaborative role, the marketing manager will lead implementation and management of various marketing programs, initiatives and strategies that support the ongoing operation of Marquette and its portfolio of multifamily properties.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: The Marketing Manager will play an important role in assisting the Director of Marketing in the development of property and corporate marketing strategies for a portfolio of properties, helping to execute on the strategic direction and program positioning set out by the company and its leadership.
- Lead Generation and Leasing Support: The marketing manager will manage the relationship with our SEO/SEM consultant to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads for our properties. The marketing manager will also be responsible for managing their portfolios ILS strategy to ensure effectiveness. This may include regular check-ins or office hours to assist teams with marketing challenges and finding ways to educate teams on CRM and other leasing tools.
- Monitor & Analyze Key Performance Metrics such as budget, website traffic, KPIs, and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports and updates on digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to operations and senior management.
- Resident Engagement & Retention: The marketing manager will help to create strategies and best practicesrelating to resident operations for their portfolio of properties. This includes creating strategies to build community, collect resident feedback, promote events or renovations, and assisting with resident communication. This person will help optimize the strategy for online reputation, social media, and resident communication.
- Marketing Collateral Design: This person will be responsible for designing flyers, brochures, floor plan sheets, and property signage. May be asked to create digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and website assets. Will work with Director of Marketing to develop presentations and investor decks that align with brand messaging.
- Marketing Program Development: The marketing manager will be asked to provide guidance to on-site teams in the development of marketing calendars, develop more effective workflows, assist in efforts to drive awareness and brand recognition through social media, and manage the implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Digital Asset Management: Manage the inflow, sharing, and distribution of all marketing assets across the portfolio including photography, videography, renderings, matterports, digital collateral, etc
Education: This role requires a bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Public Relations, or related field. A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable.
Experience: A candidate for this position will have at least 2 years working in the multifamily industry and demonstrate the ability to be creative, flexible, open to feedback, and work with a sense of urgency. The candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the use of tools like InDesign, Canva, Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft products, etc.
