Job Summary: The Regional Manager Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in the multifamily real estate sector, providing high-level administrative leadership and operational support. This position ensures smooth property management operations, process optimization, compliance, and effective support for 6 Regional Managers leadership to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Develop and implement streamlined administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
2. Operational Support:
- Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and leadership on operational objectives.
- Assist with budgets, financial reports, renters insurance, and performance metrics.
3. Vendor and Contract Management:
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to contract terms.
- Review and maintain contracts for compliance and value optimization.
4. Team Coordination and Development:
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of administrative and on-site staff.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and onsite teams for consistent communication.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist teams with documentation for audits and inspections.
6. Technology and Reporting:
- Manage property management software systems and provide staff training.
- Generate reports on occupancy, financial performance, and operational metrics.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in administrative management, preferably in multifamily or real estate industries.
