Title and Summary

Analyst, Account Management Have you been working in consulting, Fintech or B2B account management? Are you passionate about working on innovating products? Are you making the difference for clients in a challenging market? As Analyst, Account Management you will be joining the Sales Team of Mastercard in Spain, supporting the account managers in building a strong value proposition to customers, delivering value across the commercial value chain while developing a long-term relationship with the stakeholders involved. Key accountabilities of the role
• Support Account Management team in administrative and operational topics, delivering KPI reports
• Monitor customer satisfaction with MasterCard's products and services.
• Understand the customer business strategies and design and execute tactical plans to enhance customer profitability, producing all key segments and objectives agreed within the context of the business agreement. Deliver against sales targets for Mastercard products/services.
• Develop strong relationships between Mastercard and customers across all operational functions (fraud, marketing, operations, acquiring, debit and business analysis)
• Contribute to creating business solutions that improve revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability.
• Develop strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable the customer to achieve their business goals and differentiate Mastercard from the competitors.
• Leverage all Mastercard brand sponsorship properties and product management resources to deliver exceptional customer value.

Required Skills

• Bachelor Degree with an initial exposure to sales in a Blue Chip organization and knowledge of Salesforce and/or consulting background
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Account Management skills with a multi-disciplinary knowledge, i.e. marketing, operations, finance, and emerging technologies
• Leadership capabilities in building, leading virtual teams.
• Proven ability to develop and successfully implement, quantifiable business plans
• Entrepreneurial approach and vision
• Payment industry experience and knowledge of the Spanish banking & payments markets (preferred) Industry knowledge and network (preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
