Title and Summary

Analyst, B2B Marketing About the Role:
As an Analyst in B2B Marketing, you will support marketing strategies and assist in executing integrated programs to achieve business goals for Global Partnerships and Fintech teams. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to provide insights, identify opportunities, and measure success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Campaigns: Collaborate on the development and execution of co-marketing campaigns with global partners and fintechs. Focus on driving user engagement, brand awareness, and market growth. Partner with account managers to identify gaps and propose marketing solutions that drive results.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside our partners to identify mutual marketing opportunities, aligning their objectives with Mastercard's brand strategy.
• Content Development: Create tailored marketing collateral, including promotional materials, digital assets, and thought leadership pieces, that resonate with fintech audiences.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to inform strategic decisions and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and suggest optimizations to enhance the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts. Track performance metrics for marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Sponsorships, Media, Communications, agency partners, legal, and sales to ensure seamless execution and compliance of marketing initiatives.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Partner with account managers to identify gaps and propose marketing solutions that drive results.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
