At Mastercard, the Global B2B Marketing Operations team plays a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation by delivering data-driven insights and impactful marketing strategies tailored to business clients. We work cross-functionally to support internal stakeholders with the tools and intelligence they need to make informed decisions and deliver value to our partners.
Overview
As an Analyst, you will support the B2B Marketing Operations team by creating and maintaining dashboards, extracting data, and tracking key performance indicators. You'll also assist in stakeholder communication, helping drive data-informed decision-making for relevant groups across the organization.

The Role
In this position, you will:
Perform lead list uploads and data imports into marketing automation and CRM platforms with a strong focus on data cleanliness, deduplication, and segmentation
Set up and manage campaigns in Salesforce, ensuring leads are properly appended and tracked.
Track marketing campaign performance using Salesforce and Tableau, analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
Transform raw data into compelling insights and visualizations for executive-level presentations in PowerPoint.
Aid in building out a pipeline to ingest data from key resources and troubleshoot data sync issues between platforms.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and share insights with stakeholders to drive decision-making.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
Strong ability to clean and manage data effectively, with a solid understanding of data analysis.
Proficiency in Salesforce, including experience modifying campaigns and lead data.
Familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Hands-on experience with Tableau and other marketing analytics tools.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Foundational skills in marketing performance measurement and lead lifecycle management.
Ability to troubleshoot data integration issues across platforms.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
