Title and Summary

Analyst, Customer Onboarding The Franchise model is the cornerstone of our success, fostering trust and confidence in our brand for nearly 60 years. The Franchise team shapes the payments ecosystem by setting standards, onboarding new participants, resolving disputes, and ensuring the safety and integrity of our network. Overview
Responsible for coordinating onboarding processes for the Europe region in partnership with the Franchise Division Leads and various internal stakeholders ( AML, Risk, Legal, etc) . Responsible for the end to end process completion to support positive customer experience and business growth within the Europe Region.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer onboarding in partnership with the team ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure customers are billed for the license process.
• Manage Compliance with certain mandates for our customers ( BIN sponsorship, dedicated assets, etc,) .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, AML, Customer Risk, Customer Delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and timely milestone achievement.
• Contribute to customer training and education initiatives by developing communication materials and resources.
• Identify and suggest process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Franchise lifecycle.
• Respond to ad hoc customer and internal requests with professionalism and attention to detail.

About You
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn; a team player with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ownership in driving tasks to completion.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages ( German, French etc) are a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
