Title and Summary

Analyst, Market Delivery Overview
• Market Delivery focuses in ensuring that MasterCard fulfills its delivery promise by promoting timely and efficient execution of key projects.
• Responsible for the program and project management, and ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
• Partners with the sales and products teams to provide clear solution definition for the client with a proposed implementation plan
• Acts as the knowledge expert on the market technology infrastructure for all stakeholders
Role
• Provides PMO services for assigned project portfolio: KPIs, MIS, Financial impact tracking, market launch, lessons learned and post implementation activities. Partners with Account Managers and Product development areas in the definition of scope, approach and solutions design.
• Acts as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships, with partners in other business functions, to complete projects implementation and customer support tasks
• Supports the product delivery processes by developing delivery process and by completing assigned tasks for the delivery process
• Contributes to the delivery of integrated solutions that address customer needs
• Supports Customer Delivery teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support in a market or region
• Researches and delivers solutions for complex problems and responds to inquiries on products and tools for internal and external customers
• Analyzes data from product delivery projects and reports on performance relative to success metrics
• Helps identify customer needs and contributes to the delivery of integrated solutions that address those needs
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships, with partners in other business functions, to complete projects implementation and customer support tasks
All About You
• Extensive professional experience in financial services, cards, payments, electronic processing or any other related field
• Understands Mastercard's customer delivery process
• Good project management skill scoping multiple work-streams and working across multiple teams/geographies
• Good analytical thinking mindset and effective communication at different levels across the organization
• Experience working at Mastercard facilities and MasterCard's systems and operations
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of MasterCard's systems and operations
• API Programming experience

Individual Contributor
Provides a support function to the overall Project Manager in the areas of development and maintenance of projects plans and some post execution processes. Implements processes to better manage the administration, planning and financial needs of a division or department. Monitors compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Major Role Accountabilities:
• Assists in the development and management of overall project plan, identifying and monitoring project risks and issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with Project Managers and management throughout the life cycle of the project.

Key Educational Qualifications:
• PMP certification preferred
• Extensive professional experience in financial services, payments, electronic processing, domestic switch or any other related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience with structured methodology and project planning tools preferred
• Good analytical thinking mindset and effective communication at different levels across the organization
• Experience working at Mastercard facilities and MasterCard's systems and operations
• API Programming experience
Skills/ Abilities:
• Listening, oral, written and presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and planning and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.
