Overview

The B2B & Product Marketing team is a core part of Mastercard's Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC) organization in Canada. We're recruiting for a passionate B2B marketer to join us and help drive growth for our business. The candidate should be excited to take on new challenges and work with exceptional colleagues around the organization, to accelerate awareness of our products and services.

The Role

• Supports the team in planning and execution of partner initiatives across key categories: issuers, merchants, acquirers, fintechs and government
• Supports the execution of marketing strategies, activities, and events including co-branded campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, and websites
• Helps to plan event agendas, determining logistical requirements, speaking topics and engagements - working cross-functionally with internal organizations including our Communications and Product teams
• Supports development of creative content for application in marketing strategies, including thought leadership, events, sales enablement, lead generation and B2B campaigns
• Supports the tracking of budgets for B2B marketing programs, and the analytics of campaign performance
• Manages some external partner relationships including agencies, customers, partners
• Assists in developing partner presentations to encourage and enable partner participation in Mastercard marketing programs
• Performs market research to assist in identifying relevant partner opportunities
Assists with management of priceless.com, Mastercard's experiential platform

About You

• You have a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and ability to communicate clearly
• You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and you embrace setting goals and delivering tangible results
• Experience working on projects that require collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated comfort conducting various analyses and choosing best program to utilize
• Experience developing presentations by creating content and articulating a story with a clear point of view
