All About the Role:
The Business Development Analyst will be responsible for supporting services business development teams with pipeline analytics, revenue reporting, and stakeholder coordination across business development, delivery, finance and product teams.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintain and analyze project pipeline and identify inconsistencies, gaps, or risks in pipeline data and flag them proactively
• Monitor deal stages, probabilities, timelines, expected revenues and support monthly / quarterly revenue forecasting
• Contribute to presentation materials used in leadership and commercial reviews
• Act as a coordination point between business development, delivery, finance, and product teams
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data inputs to ensure accurate forecasting
• Help improve templates, reporting formats, and internal workflows
All About You:
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong analytical mindset with close attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of data accuracy
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate insights
• Proactive in following up, closing gaps, and ensuring things move forward
• Familiarity with CRM tools
Education:
• Undergraduate degree required

All About The Role:
The Business Development Director (Senior Managing Consultant) will be responsible for broadening Mastercard's Services engagement with financial and non-financial institutions in Türkiye and Azerbaijan through business development activities across consulting, marketing, insights, analytics and platform services.
Key responsibilities include:
• Together with existing team, contribute to and execute against Services growth strategy
• Identify the most critical aspects of a problem Client or market is facing to determine new business opportunities
• Leverage deep knowledge of all Services capabilities and how they fit together to create customized and relevant solutions for clients
• Leverage subject matter experts to develop best customized proposals for the clients
• Write well-structured and persuasive proposals and communicate to executives
• Develop strong relationships / partnerships with senior level client management
• Identify and pursue Services opportunities with client senior executives; deliver strong pitches
• Align efforts with Mastercard core team for business success, including managing external obstacles and maintaining leadership alignment and support
• Partner with project team to ensure project quality and identification of follow-up opportunities
• Play key role in creation of new Intellectual Capital and become “thought partner” for clients
• Actively participate in recruiting, training and developing others
