About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our Customer Solution Centre at Mastercard. Our Solutions team focuses on the delivery of customized payment solutions and comprehensive consulting support, leveraging Mastercard's strong brand, technology, operations, and risk platforms to deliver bottom-line results to our Strategic Partners.
As an Analyst, Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions that meet our clients' specific business needs. You will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements, assist in defining solutions strategy, and support successful implementation.

Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to gather and understand business requirements
• Support the design and development of scalable technology solutions, considering factors such as functionality, market requirements, security, performance, and integration.
• Participates in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally
• Acts as a project manager on small to mid-sized projects, monitor and report on progress
• Research industry best practices to support internal and external knowledge documents.
• Provide insights that may influence the sales strategy and contribute to the development of materials for customers, internal training and RFPs.
• Create and review sales presentations, proposals, and internal business case development.
• Support and participate in post-launch reviews and ensure feedback is reincorporated into the feature.
• Contribute to development and delivery of go to market plans for the feature set.

Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as an Analyst or similar role, supporting the design and delivery of complex technology solutions.
• Experience analyzing data and communicating observations, findings, and preliminary insights.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively and create deliverables on a timely basis.
• Analytical thinker and excellent in problem-solving.
• Professional/product experience in financial services, cards, payments, or another related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning and curiosity for latest technological advancements.
