Title and Summary
Data & BI Analyst Role SummaryWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented BI/Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll turn data into insights that support business decisions across departments. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, design dashboards, and deliver clear, actionable analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, cleanse, and interpret large volumes of data from various sources.
• Design and develop BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo
• Collaborate with business teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Communicate findings through clear visualisations and presentations.
• Support data governance, documentation, and best practices for reporting.
• Monitor data accuracy and proactively troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a BI, data analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Domo, or similar.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of A/B testing, forecasting, and statistical modelling.
• A degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.
