Title and Summary

Director, Executive Talent Acquisition Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Director, Executive Talent Acquisition with a track record of success to join our team. Reporting into the Vice President, Talent Acquisition - Executive Recruitment, this role is an individual contributor position that plays a critical role in building a best-in-class Executive TA function, serving as a strategic talent advisor, and recruiting for executive positions across the Mastercard organization.

Role:
- Lead and deliver a seamless executive search process that effectively attracts, assesses, selects, and on-boards talent for SVP and above level positions.
- Develop tailored recruiting strategies for each client group and execute by utilizing knowledge of internal and external talent pools to generate a robust and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Build a trusted advisor relationship with executive-level hiring managers and key stakeholders across the People & Capability organization to understand and anticipate executive hiring needs, as well as provide market insights and recommendations.
- Maintain strategic relationships with external search partners and related vendors, ensuring there is an effective partnership resulting in the acquisition of exceptional executive talent.
- Partner with Total Rewards team to develop and communicate executive compensation package to final candidates, considering pertinent external market data, internal equity, and skills and experiences brought to the role by the selected candidate.
- Manage reporting of executive talent acquisition metrics including effectiveness of processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Partner with the VP Executive Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team on assessing potential Talent Succession plan gaps and projecting future pipeline talent needs at the executive and pre-executive levels.
- Drive inclusive hiring practices across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions to effectively target top talent.


All About You:
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition working for a multi-billion dollar, global, matrixed organization.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in corporate executive talent acquisition working with the most senior levels of the organization. Supplemental executive search firm experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level executives in a corporate or executive search firm environment.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High degree of business acumen.
- Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Results driven, seeks accountability. Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
- Knowledge of employment laws as well as associated human resources and hiring practices.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Highly proficient with all Microsoft office products particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Workday ATS strongly preferred, but not required

Pay Range

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
