Director, Finance Business Partner Overview

The Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a Business Partner Director to drive our financial strategy and support business decision-making through innovative analysis and collaborative problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering impactful insights, highly motivated, intellectually curious, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.



Role

As the FP&A Business Partner Director, you will:

Collaborate with business leaders to identify financial opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver actionable solutions.

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to support organizational objectives.

Provide financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making and optimize resource allocation.

Translate complex financial data into actionable insights to support growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Drive revenue growth initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales team, product, services, legal, accounting, deal management, and corporate teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Investment Analysis: Evaluate business cases, capital investments, and strategic initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform financial strategies.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial controls.

Present financial results and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
