Title and Summary

Director, Product Management Summary:
Mastercard's Cyber & Intelligence solutions (C&I) team is responsible for Mastercard's safety and security related product management efforts to protect the integrity of the electronic payment system as well as ensure payments are convenient yet secure. The C&I products are focused on enabling authentication, identity management, fraud prevention, risk mitigation and dispute resolution across all payment channels and stakeholders.
This role will own a portfolio of products and be responsible for end-to end ownership and scaling up of these products. The portfolio will also include product lines that are added through acquisition and will require working closely with the acquired company.

The key responsibilities include ongoing management and enhancement of C&I product & solutions, analysis and evaluation of performance and insight generation, formulating the distribution and go to market strategy products and interacting with key customers and stakeholders (issuers, acquirers, processors, government entities, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Regional lead and primary product point of contact in market for C&I products under the role including broader market strategy for the products.
• Responsible for development of and execution of go-to-market for the C&I products under the role.
• Responsible for working with Customer Solution Centers (CSCs) to establish an integrated sales plan across prioritized markets and segments.
• Accountable for ensuring that established revenue & sales targets are met
• Establishes process and runs reporting of KPIs to regional and global senior management teams.
• Captures customer feedback on product and emerging needs and communicates feedback to regional and global product teams.
• Identifies new opportunities and defines market growth strategy
• Build overall understanding of Cyber & Intelligence Solutions offerings and broader Mastercard products and services to leverage synergies within the organization to maximize value delivered to customers
• Partner with regional market teams to identify opportunities for products and inform internal stakeholders on new product offerings

All About You:
• Bachelor's degree
• 10-12 years prior related work experience
• Knowledge of digital payments industry preferably in products related to safety and security of the payment ecosystem. Experience from a top-rated consulting firm is a plus
• Effective problem solver, identifying and mitigating risks, solving and / or escalating issues as appropriate
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to conduct structured analysis and synthesize large amounts of data. Advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated success in product management and product development
• Ability in devising and presenting compelling product propositions & strategic visions.
• Ability to work on a team or independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build credibility, and be collaborative and flexible
