Title and Summary
Director, Product Management - Business Market Insights Overview: The Services Business represents over a third of Mastercard revenues and is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Services uses our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Services is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard. Within the Services organization, this role supports the Business & Markets Insights (B&MI) organization in Europe with also specific focus South East Europe (SEE) division (covering Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Serbia and Israel). One of the primary focuses of B&MI is to leverage data and analytics capabilities to create products and solutions that create value for our customers. The B&MI regional team is accountable for ensuring Europe portfolio growth through thoughtful product road mapping, influencing product development, and partnering with our Account, Sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market. This role will be reporting into the regional B&MI team in Europe with dual focus on Europe wide initiatives and specific dedication to SEE divisional responsibilities.Role: Drive go-to-market and sales efforts for analytics solutions in SEE division and execute B&MI regional priorities. Responsibilities include:

Go-to-Market: Drive go-to-market strategy and co-lead sales execution for Mastercard's analytics solutions in SEE division. Collaborate with account teams, sales, product, and client services teams to drive adoption and deliver value.

Customer-Centric Proposition Development: Understand customer needs across issuers, acquirers, merchants, governments, and non-traditional segments. Develop and execute strategies that position analytics solutions for these segments. Ensure bundling with other services offerings where relevant. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine offerings and improve engagement strategies.

Data-Driven Insight & Product Influence: Conduct data analysis and market research to identify trends, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and inform product roadmap decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish cross functional collaboration across B&MI, Advanced Analytics global product, SEE Services team, SEE country managers/account teams, and the broader organization to execute on key strategies.

Analytics Enablement: Drive deep dive into Mastercard's rich data assets to uncover actionable insights and develop innovative, data-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.

Support regional B&MI priorities: Support key Europe-wide strategic initiatives, including leadership reporting, business planning, and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparations.

Performance Analytics Collaboration: Ensure strong alignment with client services' performance analytics function to support seamless and impactful solution delivery.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with additional programming or visualization tools is a plus)
•
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
•
Background in financial services, retail, or related sectors preferred but not mandatory
