Title and Summary
Executive Assistant Overview:The Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) for the Core Payments (CP) and Commercial New Payment Flows (CNPF) Finance Teams are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for the CNPF and CP Finance teams.
Role:
• The Executive Assistant is the administrative liaison with others internal and external to Mastercard and will filter and prioritize executive & strategic meetings and communicate on behalf of the executives they support. This position helps create a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as calendar management, scheduling meetings; managing travel arrangements, expense reporting; and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Distribute meeting materials; provide EVPs with meeting materials ahead of meetings
• Ordering supplies, electronically filing documents, maintaining department records, and other duties, as assigned
• Prepare correspondence; email; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation.
• Plan leadership meetings and team engagement activities
• Maintain and update internal and external distribution lists for email correspondence
• Administer programs; projects or processes specific to the business units served; and maintain documents to monitor departmental information.
• May assist and deliver ad hoc projects, as assigned
• May monitor and coordinate Workday processes for hiring contractors and full-time personnel
All About You:
• Extensive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with c-suite executive level management
• Competency across the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Workday cloud based software a plus
• Experience with expense management platforms (Oracle)
• Advanced experience in administrative support with experience within a matrixed, cross functional and global organization
• Experience in supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced corporate work environment
• Good understanding of strategic initiatives to prioritize meetings
• Demonstrate professionalism and discretion, and experience in working with highly confidential information
• Must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
• Extremely collaborative and fostering a positive spirit and can-do attitude and is also extremely open in accepting feedback and suggestions
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Intrinsically-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented and results-oriented
• Ability to work well under deadlines, anticipate needs and prioritize work accordingly
