Overview:

The Priceless Platform team operates with a start-up mentality within the broader Consumer Marketing team and Mastercard. The goal of this team is to build out the Priceless Platform technology to be the hub for all consumer-facing content across Mastercard for B2C (www.priceless.com), and a revenue-driving product solution for B2B2C (for Mastercard B2B customers who can leverage the Priceless Platform technology and content via API or co-branded microsite to engage their customers).

The Priceless Platform team is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Priceless Platform Leadership team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role:
• Perform general administrative duties to support the Priceless leadership team (comprised of four Senior Vice Presidents across varied time zones) day-to-day with calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting etc.
• Coordinate team meetings, external vendor workshops, activities and team events
• Accurately document meeting notes and action items; follow-up on key takeaways
• Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
• Partner with key stakeholders globally as needed to support projects and activities

All About You:
• Flexibility to work across different time zones to support a global team
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools (Monday.com).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a focus on setting priorities, managing processes and delivering results under tight deadlines and with competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment with proven ability to build rapport and gain acceptance at all levels, and in all business units and regions
• Ability to handle confidential information and materials with appropriate discretion

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
