Title and Summary
Executive Assistant Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant who is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with proven experience supporting multiple Senior Vice Presidents through comprehensive administrative coordination.
Role:
• Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day calendar management, telephone coverage, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
• Coordinate team meetings, activities and team events
• Accurately document meeting notes and action items; follow-up on key takeaways
• Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for the business unit
• Manage and support ad-hoc projects and activities as assigned
• Partner with key stakeholders in People & Capability, Finance, and across Mastercard globally as needed to support projects and activities
• Administer programs; projects or processes specific to the business units served; and maintain documents to monitor departmental information
• May assist and deliver ad hoc projects, as assigned
• May monitor and coordinate Workday processes for hiring contractors and full-time personnel
All About You:
• Extensive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with c-suite executive level management
Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Outlook; Oracle; MS Teams; Zoom
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
• Business Administration experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and key stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a focus on setting priorities, managing processes and delivering results under tight deadlines and with competing priorities
• Experience with expense management platforms (Oracle)
• Experience in supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced corporate work environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Extremely collaborative and fostering a positive spirit and can-do attitude and is also extremely open in accepting feedback and suggestions
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment with proven ability to build rapport and gain acceptance at all levels, and in all business units and regions
• Ability to handle confidential information and materials with appropriate discretion
• Ability to work well under deadlines, anticipate needs and prioritize work accordingly
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
