Overview
The Operations, Network and Employee Digital Experience Organization (ONE) is a fast-paced organization with over 2,500 team members. The Lead Technical Program Manager will join the Business Strategy and Governance team within ONE. This team's primary responsibilities include driving technology enabled outcomes, supporting complex initiatives (operational and strategic), elevating workforce talent and governing data/processes across ONE.
The ideal candidate is passionate about continuous improvement, highly motivated, analytical, and possesses advanced communication skills.
• Lead large and complex programs, working specifically across the design engineering, application, public cloud, monitoring, security and middleware teams.
• Establish relationships, integrate requirement definitions, plan projects, and engineering resources ensuring corporate objectives are met and standards are followed.
• Proactively manages all dependencies, ensuring all outputs are production ready at launch
• Track and manages manifest definitions, release integration, timing, scope and delivery
• Maintain detailed understanding of the scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of lead team members.
• Work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery, ensuring all teams are delivering in a coordinated manner.
• Monitor the metrics, budget and provides ongoing updates (with data) on the state of delivery
All About You
• Proven experience leading major IT projects/programs
• Infrastructure, enterprise application and data center operations domain proficiency
• Expertise removing progress barriers, managing changes, and facilitating meetings with multiple stakeholders at various levels
• A strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your position effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Comfortable leading in areas of ambiguity
• Minimum of 5+ years managing complex IT initiatives

Pay Ranges
O'Fallon, Missouri: $122,000 - $207,000 USDApply on company website
