Title and Summary
Manager, Account Management (Fintech, Digital Partnerships and Commerce) OverviewThis Manager role is for the Latin America and Caribbean division.
As a Manager in the Fintech, Digital Partnerships and Commerce team you will be challenged with identifying new opportunities within a portfolio of key regional fintech accounts. This includes on-boarding new customers, defining and executing an account Strategy, identifying cross-sell and 1:many opportunities; all with the objective of revenue diversification and digital payments expansion.
As key member of this LAC Business Development team, you are required to prepare account plans, support the development and execution of account strategies, structuring proposals and manage the execution activities relating to the activation of new products, joint reselling and marketing activity or service with the customer.
Other Responsibilities
- Manage a set of strategic Regional and Global fintech accounts
- Work with customers on their onboarding, commercial agreements, launch and growth of their portfolios and manage regional accounts P&L
- Drive new revenue through existing account expansion and new account development
- Be the voice of Mastercard drive thought leadership and support our customers plans
- Expedite the launch of new programs
- Focus on optimizing existing portfolios across multiple countries
All About You
- Have experience in card issuance, fintech, crypto, remittances
- Have advanced account management experience and a hunter spirit
- Deep knowledge about the innovation ecosystem in LAC and trends
- Be customer centric
- Look for complementary products or services that can help the customer
- Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
- Be able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
English and Spanish required, Portuguese preferred
