In Corporate Solutions, we empower our customer's businesses to succeed through innovative, trusted payment solutions that deliver a seamless digital-first experience around the world. We are disrupting the industry by developing world-class travel and B2B solutions for our corporate clients around the globe.

As a key player in our organization's digital transformation journey, you will play a critical role in revolutionizing the global financial ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to make data-driven decisions, build and sell first-in-class corporate solutions, and partner with industry leaders to deliver innovative products and solutions for our global clients. The Manager of Business Administration will support the Global Chief of Staff of Corporate Solutions in the ongoing management of organizational routines, reporting, communications, governance structure, etc.

Key Activities:
- Ownership of leadership presentations and reporting from “soup to nuts” from development to delivery with little oversight
- Ownership of weekly newsletter for head of the business to the whole organization
- Manage business's leadership team's operations, routines and reporting
- Mange divisional reporting and requests on behalf of the head of the business
- Partner with finance and P&C on ongoing people and financial routines
- Partner with the head of the business's EA on his calendar and travel schedule
- Own business continuity plan for the organization

Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and executive presence
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to create polished, professional deliverables. Use of AI skills to improve productivity.
- Ability to receive performance feedback, digest and implement feedback into forward performance
- Experience partnering with finance and HR to manage the annual business case evaluation to support annual investment and budget process
- Strong organization and time management abilities with sound judgment for prioritizing effectively
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and comfort handling highly confidential information
- High integrity and demonstrated ability to champion and support organizational culture
- Adaptable to change and ambiguity, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications:
- A hungry individual who can operate as a “swiss army knife”
- 4-5 years of experience in a chief of staff role or general business management
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced, complex organization
- Experience working in B2B payments and / or cards

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.

Pay Ranges

New York City, New York: $136,000 - $223,000 USD
