Overview:
The Franchise AP Regional Team is seeking a Manager, Franchise Growth & Enablement. In collaboration with the Vice President, Franchise Growth & Enablement, you'll execute Franchise's Customer Risk Management principles and partnering with regional stakeholders, with a key role in providing strategic and operational support to the regional team by onboarding Mastercard network participants within the Asia-Pacific Region in accordance with Mastercard's requirements and local regulations.
This individual will be responsible for the effective alignment between Franchise Growth & Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders, in driving scale of Mastercard's cross-border and domestic products and services.
Role:
• Performs assignments that support on-boarding customers, registration, and respond to ad-hoc customer requests
• Implement Franchise strategies to support the scale and growth of new business initiatives in cross-border and domestic payments products and services
• Be a strong collaborator with Account and Product teams to enable new opportunities in core businesses, multi-rail flows, new customer segments (installment providers, fintechs) that reflects the value of Extending the Franchise
• Provide Franchise Solutions Accelerator support for customer training and education initiatives.
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide support to Customers
• Ensure internal risk-based decision-making models for new opportunities are applied appropriately during assessment to ensure the integrity of the brand and support the growth of new payment products and services
• Responsible for customer administration, such as managing common mailbox, tracking projects and billing, and generating administrative reports fraud for a for specific market(s) or region
All About You
• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven track record in translating strategies into actionable programs and scaling them across business and/or markets
• Knowledge of the payments space
• Attention to detail, strong business acumen and solutions-focused
• Demonstrate thought leadership
• Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skill
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to influence/work cross functionally and across levels in a matrix organization
• Team player with a focus on self-motivation, people and results
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision
