Title and Summary

Manager, Product Development Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution

The Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative products that help partners identify their customers and enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers in payments and beyond.

A critical area within Identity Solutions is the Payment Verification team which develops global ecommerce identity risk insights and data sharing services to verify consumer identities, reduce payment fraud and increase conversion rates across the payments ecosystem, all leading to better customer experiences.

We are looking for an experienced product manager within the 3DS Smart Interface Product Development team to play a key role in supporting commercialization and go-to-market strategies. This person will support the product development team, bridging customer-specific initiatives with the larger business expansion. This person will drive key activities including conducting data analysis for go-to-market activities, e.g., price modeling, revenue analysis, KPI analysis, reporting etc.

Responsibilities
• In this position you will perform market need and opportunity assessment based on guidance from regional partners, global product, commercialization teams, customers and competitive analysis
• Translate market needs, including regulation, into product strategy, business cases and product requirements
• Partner with subject matter experts to establish the technical development plan to support the product strategy
• Develop and drive execution of product development plans including piloting new products in strategic markets
• Ensure KPIs, product documentation, training, etc. are completed as product transitions from ‘development' to ‘run' phase of life cycle
• Serve as product ‘ambassador' by effectively articulating strategy, roadmap and value proposition in industry, customer and internal forums
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.

All About You
• Demonstrable experience in product conceptualization, design and commercialization, preferably with technical products
• Robust understanding of the payments industry, digital payments and security landscape highly preferred
• Working knowledge of mobile, e-Commerce technologies and 3DSecure is an advantage
• Willingness to learn about new technology including Tokenization
• Data analysis with a background in building KPIs and reporting required (Tableau, DOMO, or PowerBI experience preferred).
• Strong ability to interact with, build consensus and influence a variety of internal and external business partners at all levels of leadership.
• Comfort with and an ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities
• Superior communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. English required and multilingual a plus
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment
• Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with legal, sales, and finance teams to support strategic deal-making.
• Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree or MBA preferred

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
