Manager, Product Management Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate senior specialist to manage and provide end-to-end
support of the North America regional Studio product management lifecycle process and governance to
enable the design, development, testing and launch of solutions with agility and speed-to-market.
The role of the Senior Specialist, Studio Ambassador, requires a deep understanding of Mastercard
products, innovation, services, and marketing capabilities. You will be a highly collaborative member of
a cross-functional team to drive relevancy and differentiation with customers resulting in better
relationships, market share and revenue growth.

Role:

Manager, Product Management, Studio Ambassador, North America will:

• Manage North America Market (US and Canada) product councils and associated governance processes including product/solution pipeline, setting calendar and agenda for peer reviews and product council meetings, coordinating with responsible product owners and cross-functional partners, distribute and archive documentation, pre-reads and minutes and follow-up on meeting decisions to ensure that all items are closed.
• Manage change management process to streamline product management lifecycle process across the region by creating a systematic approach to manage transition from current state to desired future state
• Assess product readiness for gating and provide guidance to product owners and cross-functional stakeholder on Studio framework, process flow and FAQs.
• Create monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual and YOY presentations and reports about regional product pipeline, readiness status, outcomes and success metrics.
• Track and maintain repository of regional product pipeline, reports, presentations and documentation for reporting, reference, and audit purposes.
• Develop and manage templates, tools, and materials to help stakeholders go through the Studio process efficiently and effectively.
• Manage feedback loops and channels to continuously improve North America market (US and Canada) Studio product management lifecycle process and align globally and across regions
• Undertake adhoc initiatives and projects to continuously improve the process and/or adoption of the same in the region
• Educate internal stakeholders on the value, assets, and tools to adhere to Studio product lifecycle management process and methodology.
• Conduct one-on-one or group training, lunch-and-learn and knowledge sessions to create regional cross-functional awareness about the Studio framework for product owners and beyond the product community
• Represent North America Market in global initiatives, projects, meetings and share regional perspective, nuance, context, lessons and ensure tools, processes and policies are relevant accordingly.

• Excellent organization, detail-orientation, time management, critical thinking, execution and communication skills across a range of audiences, including senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong project management, planning, data analytics and reporting skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI/Tableau, and Confluence proficiency
• Ability to work independently, has internal drive to proactively execute on deliverables with agility and speed, identify risks and next steps, and communicate to manage expectations with stakeholders and management in a timely fashion
• High learning agility and ability to quickly understand Mastercard's products and services, the payments ecosystem, customer economics and operations
• Ability to work with incomplete data and uncertainty, and adapt plans to new information, changing conditions and make decisions to drive positive results and outcomes
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships across many parts of the organization, and be a successful influencer
• Strong team player, decisive and results driven, and takes initiative
• Bachelor's degree required
