Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management Overview
Develops and delivers world-class risk, cyber, and security products and services for its customers across the globe. As part of the North America (NAM) Services organization, the Security Solutions Organization is focused on the product marketing, sales enablement, market management, and commercialization of security, cyber, identity, and decisioning products that drive value and a better experience for issuers, acquirers, merchants, and consumers.

The candidate will play a pivotal role in partnering with the global product team, regional sales, and customer account teams to support a suite of cyber solutions. The role will require collaboration and coordination across the Mastercard organization to define, deliver and expand the use of cyber solutions in new and existing customer segments. The candidate will have responsibility for market product management, go to market and commercialization strategies, and achievement of revenue targets while helping ensure the maximization of value for Mastercard and our customers.

Role
This role requires an experienced individual in the cyber security market with demonstrated success bringing products to market and enabling them to scale. Key responsibilities include:

• Drive the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Mastercard's Cyber Security solutions
• Take a data-driven approach to product enhancement by identifying opportunity areas, contributing to the Product roadmap, and prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus
• Leverage the Studio framework to manage the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements
• Drive the planning, coordination, and implementation of product launches, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations
• Take ownership of product launch activities, including training internal teams, hosting external webinars, and monitoring post-launch performance, including monitoring and analyzing customer feedback
• Understand Mastercard's business model and take key financial or commercial factors into consideration to positively influence revenue delivery and cost efficiency
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams including global product, sales, account management, and customer success to ensure seamless product integration and a cohesive customer experience
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities
• Leverage data and dashboards to quickly identify Product performance challenges, making recommendations on proposed action plans
• Responsible for achievement of in-year and multi-year revenue targets
• Drive thought leadership agenda - articulating strategy, innovation roadmap and value proposition
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and support product development and sales opportunities
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning

All About You
• Cyber security experience in NAM market and an understanding of payments
• Experience working with large and emerging Financial Services, Technology, Service Providers, Processors, and/or Digital Platform Partners
• Understanding of the NAM market, including customers and relevant account teams
• Knowledge of Mastercard organization including global product and go to market teams
• Demonstrated ability to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency
• Ability to forge strong relationships, including both executive and functional levels
• Ability to drive alignment across a matrixed organization and teams
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to think strategically about complex issues and driving thoughtful recommendations
• Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Overnight travel required (10-20%)

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
