Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management Overview:
The Services Business represents over a third of Mastercard revenues and is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Services uses our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Services is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard.

Within the Services organization, this role supports the Business & Markets Insights (B&MI) organization in Europe. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Data, Analytics and AI, Business Experimentation and Enterprise & Credit Risk. This team is accountable for ensuring Europe portfolio growth through thoughtful product road mapping, influencing product development, and partnering with our sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market.

Role:
This regional role focuses on strategy and operations for a subset of the entire product suite (Advanced Analytics). Responsibilities include:
• Assist with the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our suite of solutions
• Focus on credit risk solutions as one of the big bets for Europe. Deliver on go to market strategy by working with product team to ensure product readiness, and with markets to ensure opportunity generation
• Support with products for non-traditional segments including reselling of advanced analytics solution suite
• Create and implement strategies to assist with growing Advanced Analytics solutions by addressing customer needs
• Establish cross functional collaboration across Advanced Analytics, Business & Market Insights, Regional Services team and the broader organization to execute on key strategies
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and make actionable recommendations
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Leverage these insights to contribute to product narratives, product roadmap discussions and strategic decision-making
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational effectiveness
• Monitor and analyse customer feedback to inform enhancements and strategies

All About You
• Experience with credit risk analytics is highly preferred
• Passion for applying data insights to drive innovation and better business decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and action plans
• Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded, results-driven, and someone with go-getter attitude
• Excellent relationship building skills; able to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships across multiple business functions
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to act with agility and full ownership of the business
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL or other data languages
