• Mastercard Loyalty Solutions provide a range of cutting-edge products and services for our customers to create compelling card propositions that drive the acquisition of new cardholders and then ensure a positive and long-term relationship with them.
• Our propositions range from Benefits programs which protect cardholders and make their day to day lives easier, to a comprehensive and flexible Rewards platform.
• The individual will be responsible for the overall management, coordination and delivery of Cardholder Protection Services including insurance products, assistance benefits and lifestyle services as well as building customizable CVPs within South Asia.

Role
• Understand needs of issuers and translate it to product/ benefit or service for the end card holder.
• Strong engagement and collaboration across key internal stakeholders on product and sales support, market readiness and jurisdiction reviews as needed
• Support with product development, maintenance and go-to-market for all existing products and services managed within the cardholder services team (part of Core Products/Loyalty ) for South Asia.
• Key areas of focus will be Concierge services (MTLS), Airport benefits – domestic and international lounge, limousine services, offering data roaming services, insurance/wellness benefits curation and CVP customization (Bundle services) for all core products.
• The role will support in managing partners and vendors including performance management, payments, project and activity tracking for commercialization either on core, optional or fee-based basis.
• Vendor onboarding for benefits extension and documentation/ agreements with issuers will also need to be managed by this resource
• Bring new products to market by analyzing consumer needs and market trend from an ROI perspective; and using a data driven approach to identify opportunities for differentiation
• Apply project management skills and follow internal product development processes to drive alignment, integration and execution among internal and external project stakeholders supporting the flawless development and implementation of MasterCard's products.
• Liaise with local and / or regional service providers to ensure alignment and flawless execution of new products and services
• Driving continual process and product improvements through identifying efficiencies or removing pain points based on stakeholder feedback or self-identifying change opportunities

• Confident, Capable & Responsible – able to take control, make decisions and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.
• Strongly self motivated with an ability to develop excellent relationships both amongst the Internal and external stakeholders
• Significant experience in sales roles and demonstrated commitment to achievement of sales and servicing targets
• Experience in CVP design and development, with good understanding of product marketing concepts
• Experience in managing products through the product lifecycle, with new product development experience a plus.
• Effective Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to many audiences
• Relevant industry experience; Loyalty/ Cards / Payments industry experience is a plus.
