Within Identity, Payment Verification's products and services deliver global identity risk insights and data sharing services to verify identities, reduce payment fraud and increase conversion rates across the payments ecosystem.
Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the product manager role will focus on coordinating and delivering go-to-market activities for our Payment Verification solutions. In partnership with product development, marketing, commercialization and customer support, you will lead the development of go to market resources and materials, influence go to market strategy, define go to market processes, and manage vendor relationships as needed.
In addition to go-to-market responsibilities, the product manager will also support team operations, innovation management, and product pipeline development for Payment Verification and Identity Solutions.
Role:
• Engage with product development teams to understand their go-to-market needs and translate these needs into actionable deliverables and collateral with adherence to our Studio product development framework.
• Become an expert on our customers, buyers, and their wants, needs, pain points, and preferences by identifying trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics that inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Partner with various departments, including regional product, customer success, sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective product launches.

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Have significant experience marketing B2B products and bringing them to market.
• Demonstrate superior story-telling skills including the ability to simplify complex data concepts and define market-resonating outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Be a self-starter and feel comfortable operating autonomously in the face of ambiguity.
• Operate with a bias towards consensus building and a passion for collaboration and new perspectives.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Approach opportunities with curiosity, persistence, adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong business acumen.
• Experience in digital commerce and security - ideally in payments, authentication and identity verification is suggested but not required.
