Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management Overview:The NAM Digital Transformations team is responsible for Account Level Management platform, Business Operations, Pricing, Optimization, FinTech Enablement, and driving core services revenue growth. The role will be focused on managing all of the products & services under the Account Level Management platform for North America including product education, go-to-market, new product development & launch, and product operations.
Role:
• Develop Go-To-Market materials for Issuers and Processors to drive platform adoption.
• Develop value story for Issuers and Processors to drive Platform adoption and usage.
• Develop educational materials & forums to drive awareness of the ALM platform & associated services for sales enablement.
• Partner with global ALM team to facilitate launch of new services on the platform in the region. Develop onboarding and usage manuals for the client.
• Partner with global ALM team to drive ALM services operations and audit in North America.
• Partner with the regional account teams for deal implementation in the ALM platform.

• Strong narrative & story building capabilities.
• Outstanding communication/presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate others to achieve objectives.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects, processes, and initiatives concurrently.
• Proficiency in MS office specially excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree is a must, master's preferred.
• Proven experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional role.
• Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends.
