We are looking for a seasoned product manager to be part of our Accounting and B2B payment product team. The successful candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from collaborating with engineering to execute the product roadmap to defining long-term strategies aligned with the overall goals of our SME business. This role requires a strong collaborative nature to work with both internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
Role:
• Identify new product opportunities in B2B payments and Expense Management, defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for existing solutions.
• Own the build vs. partner decision-making process by conducting extensive market research and engaging with regional stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Agile frameworks, owning the product roadmap for the respective product suites to drive the delivery of key product enhancements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure external vendors adhere to Mastercard policies and standards before being onboarded into the Mastercard ecosystem.
• Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the responsible products, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Use data to quickly identify product performance challenges, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues. Utilize data-driven analysis to prioritize features and resources to deliver against the plan.
Good to have, but not mandatory:
• Previous experience in building products for Small and Medium Enterprises, mainly around B2B payment and Expense Management domains.
• Experience working on payment-related products.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as AHA, Jira, and Figma.

• Understanding of the expense management ecosystem, current market pain points, opportunities, and emerging technologies and trends.
• Exhibit ownership, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving market.
• Experience conducting market research, interviewing customers, and testing new product concepts.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft and deliver compelling product value propositions, narratives, and storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to interact with varying levels of leadership across the organization and with internal and external clients; ability to lead and influence at all levels.
