Title and Summary

Manager, Products and Solutions Overview

The UKI Customer Solutions Centre (CSC) enables Mastercard to develop solutions & bundles for prioritised Customer segments.

It is the housing for all Mastercard capabilities in UKI, and it aims to drive Mastercard growth and revenue by creating and selling compelling data-driven, scalable needs-based solutions to new and existing Customers by tapping into Mastercard's extensive toolbox of products and services offerings.
There are two main business functions within the UKI CSC, Products and Solutions and Customer Solutions Architects. Products and Solutions are responsible for Product Strategy and Management covering technical product features / capabilities. Customer Solutions Architects are responsible for Customer solutioning and combining products into holistic customer propositions.

As Product Manager, Digital Products & Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting the key tokenisation platform (MDES) with our issuing partners, focusing on any day to day support to the enablement of key features, roadmap ownership and key data analysis. You will work with the sales and delivery teams to support customers and regional product colleagues.

Role

As a Product Manager within the UK & I Digital Product & Solutions organisation, you will be the ‘go to' product expert, and in turn responsible for:

• Support the enablement of Mastercard Digital Enablement Service products where required
• Provide specialist support to the sales teams in pre and after sale partner meetings with a technical understanding of product features to identify and implement solutions (in partnership with both Product Enablement Manager and the regional product manager in the European Product Management team)
• Provide expert level product support to customers implementing the solutions
• Guide and partner with customers to deliver the best possible UX related to Mastercard's digital products
• Be a point of contact representing individual projects on market-level program calls
• Ability to communicate situationally with technically literate and non-literate stakeholders to build and implement new features as required
• Regularly interact with regional product teams and technical teams to develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the products
• Advise and help preventing well known technical issue
• Perform high level data analysis to provide insight for customers and assist with internal decision making
• Become a subject matter expert in Mastercard Digital Products

Required Skills

• Product enablement skills including customer facing experience
• Payment Industry experience – market experience in a Bank would be desirable
• Experience supporting teams integrating API or similar web-based technologies into existing systems is ideal. High attention to details, adaptable, executes with a sense of urgency and strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical topics in simple terms; is able to think quickly and react to client-impacting situations
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with limited direction
• Comfortable working with large data sets and presenting in an actionable manner
• Familiarity with a range of bank payment technologies and how their ecosystem works
• Ability to travel
