Title and Summary

Manager, Products and Solutions Overview

Join our Merchant Cloud team and play a pivotal role in accelerating the commercial scale-up of Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) —the foundational platform powering Mastercard's Merchant Cloud proposition. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role focused on driving adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion of Mastercard's core online payment gateway across merchants, acquirers, and ecosystem partners.

You will work at the front line of commercialization, partnering closely with sales, product, and account teams to position Merchant Cloud as the infrastructure of choice for digital commerce. Your mandate is to translate MPGS platform capabilities into compelling, differentiated value propositions that unlock growth, deepen client relationships, and scale Merchant Cloud across markets.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career at the intersection of business development, product commercialization, and digital commerce—while directly shaping how Mastercard's next-generation payment gateway and merchant infrastructure is taken to market.

We're looking for a sharp, commercially minded, and driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow into a product and commercial leadership role. You'll be part of a team building Mastercard's digital commerce ecosystem—with MPGS at its core—one client win, expansion, and partnership at a time.

Are you motivated by a fastpaced environment where you are viewed as a trusted commercial and platform expert for clients and partners?

Do you have a passion for working directly with customers to drive adoption of a core payments platform and unlock measurable commercial outcomes through consultative engagement?

Are you agile, commercially curious, and excited to contribute to a flagship digital payments platform with a high bar for execution and results?

Are you driven to win and energized by making a tangible impact within the nimbleness of a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial team?
