Title and Summary
Manager, Total Rewards Overview:Mastercard's Total Rewards team is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards, to join our team and support our pay transparency initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our pay transparency strategy globally as well as supporting other high impact and strategic total reward initiatives.
The successful candidate will proactively identify pay transparency needs for our organization, on a current and forward-looking basis, and partner with senior leaders to address pay transparency related matters.
Role:
- Responsible for supporting the organizations global pay equity and transparency strategies
- Leverage pay equity software solution to help explain pay with confidence
- Perform deep analysis of pay data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, including pay equity and pay fairness within the organization
- Ensure compliance of pay transparency regulations and become a subject matter expert on the evolving global pay equity landscape, including EU Directive
- Continuously monitor pay equity and reporting changes globally
- Support the organization's compensation planning and budget cycles
- Help solve some of the most challenging and impactful problems facing the Total Rewards team and organization
All about You/Experience
- Knowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and the ability to formulate analysis and proposals
- Experience with statistical methods, including regression analysis a plus
- Pay equity consulting experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of solving complex problems
- Creative, innovative team player with a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, enthusiasm, passion for learning and going above and beyond base expectations
- Ability to work independently and organize and prioritize projects in a matrixed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to create presentations and narrative
Pay range:
