All About the Role
This role will focus on business development with existing clients and will hunt for new business - managing and converting a pipeline of opportunities into revenue streams across all verticals - such as Financial Institutions, Fintechs, Acquirers, Retailers, Consumer Goods, Public Sector and others – leveraging Mastercard's suite of capabilities, with key focus on Security and Fraud Prevention Solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and communicate to executives to pursue
• Build and maintain long-termrelationships with new and existing customers
• Identify the most critical aspects of a client or market challenges and create clear problem statements to address
• Analyze multiple aspects of clients' organizational systems and culture that serves as input into the sales process
• Conduct consultative selling approach, explain Mastercard Security Solutions value in the context of Clients unique business challenges
• Write well-structured and persuasive proposals for Clients
• Drive Mastercard thought leadership in cybersecurity and payment security areas
•
• Work closely with Account Management, Marketing and Product teams with support of local leadership to drive the Mastercard agenda in the market
• Play key role in capturing of knowledge and development of intellectual capital
• Actively participate in recruiting, training and developing others
All About You:
• Top rated undergraduate degree required, graduate degree desired
• Cybersecurity and fraud prevention solutions, professional services or consulting sales experience from a top-rated firm desired,
• Payments / banking expertise and experience helping financial institutions at the executive leadership level
• Experience working within the Polish payment and banking industry desired
• Experience in Sales, Technical pre-sales & Business Development or strong interest in moving into a Sales role
• Working knowledge of fraud operations and metrics relevant to payments ecosystem
• Working knowledge of the market, including competitors, substitutes, and complementary offerings, as well as demonstrated interest in current trends related to payment security, fraud and cyber threats,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English, ability to communicate on executive level
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work on a team
• Independently drive initiatives and take responsibility
• Strong internal/external stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• High Attention to detail
Languages: Polish (native) and strong English skills required. Additional languages skills (German, French, Italian) desirable
