The Partner Marketing Program Specialist supports the execution and administration of partner marketing programs by managing processes, tools and partner-facing systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring partner marketing initiatives run smoothly, accurately and in compliance with established guidelines.

The specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing co-marketing fund (CMF) proposals and claims, maintaining up-to-date content within the partner marketing portal and supporting the documentation and improvement of partner marketing workflows. By delivering timely, accurate and consistent operational support, this role helps ensure partners have the information and resources they need to successfully engage in marketing programs.

Key responsibilities include coordinating CMF submissions and approvals, tracking program activity and reporting, updating partner-facing resources and communications and collaborating cross-functionally with partner marketing, services marketing, legal. finance, and operations teams. The Partner Marketing Program Specialist brings strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset to support a scalable and effective partner marketing ecosystem.



Partner Marketing Program Specialist Key Responsibilities

Review, process and track CMF proposals and claims to ensure compliance with program guidelines

Management of partner creative review as part of approval process

Maintain and update content, resources and tools within the partner portal

Manage and execute content update requests to partner pages on .com

Support and coordinate with third-party vendors executing partner marketing initiatives

Document, maintain and monitor partner marketing processes, ensuring consistency and adherence

Assist in tracking program metrics and generating operational reports

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations and other internal teams to support partner programs

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and partner satisfaction

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and internal stakeholder satisfaction

Support the execution of partner marcom initiatives

Additional support of partner marketing communications, enablement and experience team as defined



Key Performance Indicators

Accuracy and timelines of CMF proposal reviews and claims processing

Adherence to document partner marketing processes and workflows

Timely updates and accuracy of partner portal content and resources

Completion of assigned operations tasks and projects o schedule

Accuracy and completeness of operation reports and metrics

Contribution to process improvements and identification of operational gaps

Positive feedback from cross-functional teams on support and responsiveness



Qualifications & Skills:

1-2 years of experience in program support, operations or an administrative role (e.g., partner program support, business operations, consulting or related functions)

Comfortable assisting with planning, prioritizing and executing short-term cross-functional projects

Experience supporting stakeholders across partner management, product marketing or operations to implement process improvements or support reporting and analysis

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid analytical skills, with the ability to help gather, track and summarize data to inform decisions

Ability to follow established processes and execute assigned tasks reliably and efficiently

Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills and a service-minded approach

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Toronto, Canada: $58,000 - $81,000 CAD
